Prataphgarh Circle Project
Project’s Overview
The Prataphgarh Circle Project is a significant endeavour aimed at enhancing the electricity distribution infrastructure in Pratapgarh, Rajasthan. Under the ROSS scheme by Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, this project seeks to improve the reliability and efficiency of power distribution across the region. It includes the installation of new 33KV transmission lines to strengthen the network’s capacity and reliability. Additionally, the project involves the augmentation of existing 33/11KV substations and the replacement of ageing conductors with modern, high-performance materials. Segregation of agricultural feeders aims to optimize power supply to rural areas, while the implementation of HVDS systems and additional HT lines will further enhance distribution capabilities. The project also prioritizes sustainability by introducing armoured cabling and establishing an electric vehicle charging station, promoting eco-friendly energy solutions in the community.
This comprehensive initiative represents a total investment of Rs. 1,01,94,99,990.00, underscoring its importance in modernizing and future-proofing Pratapgarh’s electrical infrastructure to meet growing energy demands efficiently and sustainably.
