We are in the business of processing transformer components transformer lamination, CRGO slit coils, amorphous cores, coil assemblies and core assemblies, wound core, toroidal core and oil immersed circuit breakers.
We also trade CRGO and CRNO coils, as well as amorphous ribbons. Further, we manufacture transformers and customised products in the power infrastructure industry. We manufacture transformers with capacities ranging from single-phase 5 KVA to three-phase 10MVA (medium power) units and also provide EPC services for setting up electrical sub-station, catering to the power infrastructure sector.

1990
Humble Beginning
Mangal Electrical Industries was founded and begin its journey in transformer industry.
2008
First Milestone
Established our transformer plant, became Pvt. Ltd., and completed our first CRGO lamination & billing on April 22, 2008.
2012
First Amorphous Billing
Completed our first Amorphous Core Transformer billing, advancing energy-efficient solutions.
2013
Expansion to Reengus
Established the Reengus plant to boost production capacity and meet growing industry demands.
2014
Acquisition of Powertech SEZ
Acquired the Powertech SEZ plant to enhance manufacturing capabilities and expand operational strength.
2015
Major Milestones and Growth
Exported to DDPL, earned ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015, set up a VKI unit, and launched our EPC Division.
2016
ICB Manufacturing Initiated
Commenced the production of Insulated Core Blocks (ICB), expanding our product portfolio and technological capabilities.
2017
First ICB Billing
Achieved our first billing for Insulated Core Blocks (ICB), marking a new milestone in our manufacturing journey.
2021
132kV Project Success
Delivered the 132kV project for PGCIL, showcasing high-voltage expertise, and achieved ISO 9001:2015 registration.
2022
ISO 14001:2015 Certification
Achieved ISO 14001:2015, strengthening our commitment to environmental management and sustainability.
2023
ZED Silver Certification
Received ZED Silver approval, reflecting our dedication to excellence in manufacturing and operational practices.
2024
Transition to Public Limited
Transitioned from a Private Limited to a Public Limited company, marking a significant step in our growth journey.
